Rozanni Senanayake OTD, MS, OTR/L, CEAS, CHT

Rozanni completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Oregon State University in 1991 and her Master's in Occupational Therapy at the University of Puget Sound in 1994. She went on to become credentialed as a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist and as a Certified Hand Therapist. Rozanni's expertise lies in treating cumulative and traumatic hand injuries and fabricating custom molded splints. Being a strong advocate for good ergonomic practices, she conducts ergonomic evaluations and implements activity modifications to prevent work-related injuries.

Having worked at different clinics over the years, she had the strong desire to bridge the gap between a working mother and the desire to treat and rehabilitate patients. She founded the practice in 2003 with a hand therapy clinic at the medical center in Woodinville. The Kirkland facility was started in August of 2009. In March of 2011, the third clinic in Bellevue was opened. The company has grown from a staff of one hand therapist in 2003 to eight hand therapists in 2013.

A strong believer in lifelong learning and evidence-based practice, she went on to obtaining her post professional doctorate in occupational therapy with an emphasis in hand rehabilitation. The practice model is patient-centered with a continual effort in providing the most current and valid research findings as the basis for clinical decisions and treatment planning.
